Junior faculty will hold a separate election to choose a representative who must be a
junior faculty (at Ramapo 10 years or less) but one who has been
granted tenure. The Junior
Faculty Representative would sit on the Executive Council as a full
voting member.  

Junior faculty would provide input/suggestions/criticisms regularly to
the Executive Council in an open hearing meeting scheduled once a
semester. 

Junior faculty would not have separate representation, but would
convey their concerns, opinions etc. through their unit representative
to the Executive Council or one of the at large representatives or
directly to the Faculty President.
