Report Provided to the Instructor
After all the students have used each problet, a report of their use
is sent to the instructor upon request.
Each problet is reported on a separate worksheet in an Excel spreadsheet
as shown in this sample from spring 2014 (Names have been
deleted in the sample for anonymity).
Legend worksheet in the spreadsheet explains the columns in each report.
The data collected by the problets is not only used to generate these reports,
but also used to evaluate the effectiveness of problet features and
improve problets for subsequent semesters.
Even though the collected data is used to evaluate the effectiveness of problet features,
it is important to note that
the students in an
adopter's class all practice with the exact same version of each and every problet.
